Is my work PC strong enough to become a decent home console?

Asking for an opinion, I can just ask ChatGPT but I don't trust it 100%, so my company want to change our computer with new ones, this is my current computer, a normal desktop computer, kinda the size of a ps4 if I need to compare.

Anyway this are the specs:

Processor Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E3-1270 v5 @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz

Installed RAM 32,0 GB(idk what ddrm is, but on task manager say 2133 MHz)

Storage 477 GB SSD Samsung SSD 970 PRO 512GB, 466 GB SSD Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500GB

Graphics Card AMD FirePro W4100 Graphics Adapter (2 GB)

System Type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

So idk for how much or even if they let me buy it, but is it worth? I'm planning on putting SteamOS and run my library, pretty basic games, not like CyberPunk, but maybe Skyrim vanilla or Warhammer Rouge Trader.

Otherwise I think I'll use it for home server

EDIT: After all the comments I can easily cross out the console, I'll gotta go with the home server way, ty to all of you

Question about recent bundle

Hi, so I saw the Learn and Travel Bundle, I would like to plan a 4/5 day vacation sometimes but I don't really know where to go so this Bundle could give me some advice, also I like this manuals and discover new things from around the world, so my problem is bot about the books, those are EPUB, once downloaded it's fine, the problem is with uTalk.

There are a lot of language courses, and all of them has a 12 months label, I'm not familiar with uTalk, does that mean that I have access to that specific language for a year?

Asking because there are a lot of courses and I'm interested only on Cantonese and maybe some others, how can I learn all that in 1 year? it's Impossible!

And I don't really like selling the single keys, is it possible to share my uTalk account with friends and family? So like while I learn Cantonese my sister can learn like Albanian.

Advice on Materials for Passport, Flag, Currency and others

Hi, I'm making a new country based on real territory, for now is an Absolute Monarchy, hope to transition to Constitutional Monarchy once I get some application.

Anyway I'm trying to develop something real, for now citizen will use a passport to identify, I tried printing on my printer, for a mockup is good but I want to make it a better quality, like a rigid cover and a more high quality paper, but idk who can print a custom order like that without draining my wallet, any advice?

Also I wanted to print my flag, I made a rectangular shape and a banner shape, for now I think I'll print just the regular flag, is Aliexpress reliable for this print? Anyone tried a seller? I'm not searching for a premium quality, just a god print on a nice flag.

For the currency I don't have any idea, for now I just use the Euro, the nation is enclave to the Italian territory, I was thinking like poker chips with a sticker on it, but it feels cheap, idk if you can print on poker chips, i think yes but it will cost an eye, so idk what to use for currency, I gave a thought to digital currency but too much legal things and also I don't really want to mess with it, just want physical money.

So yeah, that's it, if anyone has some advice I really appreciate it, idk when I'll make it public, I was thinking of something local and not a web thing, but maybe I'll change idea.

Idk where to start, I tried one time but nothing left the papers, I planned to use a real place that my family own as territory for the micronation, but I kinda don't want to post the exact place.

Also I want to create something related to the place this is located, something that fits in the history or continue an ancient nation or ideal, idk if i'm explaining, my point is i don't want create something like the Caca State or some meme thing just for laugh, I want something that feels real.

Like the Molossia Republic, it feels genuine and real, at least for me.

So if you ppl have suggestions on like how to make passports, money and other things that can make my micronation something more realistic

EDIT: Forgot about the important part, this place is located in Italy, Rimini, near San Marino

How the Controller connect to the PC? you can use cable and that's fine, but wireless how that works? is the Puck providing connection or the PC need bluethooth?

Also they mentioned that the controller can be used on other devices, like mobile, are there any hint on how that work? like how you control the screen with the trackpad?

Also is the controller compatible with like PS5/Xbox? I don't have consoles but my friend has, it would be nice to bring my controller and play with him.
