Dear customers

These love letters that yall like to leave are called delivery notes, keyword here is delivery, not pre-shopping notes, the only time we see these notes are during the delivery stage of the trip, meaning we are already out the door or already in our vehicles on route when these notes pop up. The only thing that should be in these notes is where to find your apartment or house, access codes if applicable, where you want your delivery to be left, and doorbell instructions. Mind you I didn’t even shop any of these orders, so if anything went wrong guess who you would blame, yup that’s right, THE DRIVER.

It’s best to send these request into a message at the start of your shop if you’re awake and available, and on that note, if you order clothes, please send us a message with the size, it would save us a great amount of time if you did because the app doesn’t tell us what size you want.

*Edit* Thanks for telling me about the clothes thing, I’ll definitely look into these pointers next time.

I totally get the whole frozen and perishable items getting shopped last but I'm not about to leave the grocery section, head over to the G aisle all the way over there at the front to grab one item and then walk all the way back over here to the back of the store on this side to grab the milk 🤣🤣🤣

I cant be the only one that when you start in produce, you check to see if there's anything else left in that section before moving on, same thing with groceries, I'm scrolling the app and grabbing everything on that side first before I go anywhere else thank you very much you weird ass AI.

Accepted a S&D, got to the store, confirmed arrival and immediately got sent to the checkout barcode and all Spark support could do was escalate it, so now i wait 😑
