I have an appointment this afternoon and it's supposed to storm while I'm in the office. There are two Riley racks out in front of the building and I've only ever seen one other bike locked up in my two months of appointments. Would it be a total dick move to cover my e-bike (and thus the rack) to keep dry during the storm? There also other areas to lock up nearby and I assume fewer people will be out due to the rain.
