Where is stress management score in Google health app? Has it disappeared?

Mine ranges from 20 to 25 ms. I have chronic stress more than 10 years. I am stuck with sympathetic nerve system.

In the last 2 months, I have been attempting to stimulate my vagus nerve using various techniques to reduce my chronic stress. However, I feel sick more often than having stress. Is this a paradoxical reaction from vagus nerve stimulation?

How do you measure stress level? Do you use any device such as a smartwatch or smart ring? If so, which one is the best for stress level measurement?

I am new to Fitbit.

I just bought Sense 2 to track my stress. I have been wearing more than 1 hour but I don't see how the watch tracks my stress. I used other smartwatch like Amazfit, Huawei and Galaxy and they showed stress level straight away. Is this something wrong with my Sense 2 or I didn't do correct watch setup?

Which Amazfit watch can track stress continuously even during movement like Galaxy watch and Fitbit Sense 2?
