“Sure-Hit” vs “No-Hit”

“Johan’s attack are unavoidable!”

“James can avoid any attack!”

Who’s winning this paradoxical match-up?

What if James Lee’s path is being able to observe events in Planck time?

In physics, Planck time is the smallest unit of time that has a clear physical meaning in current theories.

According to the theory, James’s Path would allow him to perceive events at Planck speeds and then use his innate speed (talent) along with his complete body (experience) to temporarily move himself not at those exact Planck speeds (that would be ridiculously overpowered, practically unbeatable) but still far faster than any other top-tier fighter can perceive except for future Daniel and to a much lesser degree Johan.

Pros:

- James becomes virtually untouchable when using his path to evade attacks and counterattack as no ordinary fighter can perceive and or act during events as fast as James can.

- James can use his path to learn and or pick up on things at untold speeds and with the greatest detail, which would totally explain his very diverse collection of national championship trophies.

Cons:

- Pushing his body to move at ultra-high speeds that still doesn’t even come close to moving in Planck time would definitely strain James’s body significantly and even substantially if he’s ever forced to fight for prolonged periods of time while using his path.

- Intense strain would also be put on James’s brain as he could be practically be living hours in under seconds. This would gradually deteriorate his brain and mental health as well to the point where his mind may go beyond its limits and break, i.e. overusing his path may lead James into insanity or worse a vegetable state.

Thoughts?

One of the Best Written Characters in Lookism

I know we all like to pick fun sometimes (a lot), but in my opinion DG’s character transformation into James Lee and then Diego Kang, from idol to legend to politician, has been one of the most underrated parts of the story.

Keep in mind, in the very beginning, we all used to think that DG was just going to be another popular old character that PTJ eventually wrote into irrelevancy, but fast-forward to current times and he’s quite literally one of the most relevant characters in the current story.

It’s also insane to think that our main cast had a literal Avengers-level threat among them from the start of the series just chilling around while helping out every once in a while before mysteriously wandering off lol

And lastly, I’ll admit there might’ve been a ambiguity once or twice along the road, and a lot of hate (still), but it was actually quite nice to watch this really mysterious character unfold into what it is now and what it is still becoming.

I can only hope that James Lee’s arc will reveal even more than what we knew existed from the beginning of the story.

But honestly, as of now, straight up 10/10 one of the best character writings of the entire cast.

Diego Kang

James Lee

Legend of the First Generation.

The Peak.

One-Man-Circle.

Icon of Justice.

King of the Light.

The Great Evil (TBD)

I personally can’t wait for the 0th Generation arc

I can’t wait for PTJ to glaze prime Elite this upcoming arc. I wonder how broken IA’s will become and if Elite really was the one who pushed Gapryoung to awaken his path.

I’m getting excited just thinking about all the glaze that comes out of making Elite overpowered because it’s just more confirmation that James Lee really did surpass Gapryoung Kim.

In reality, this is Base Tom Lee.

I feel like since Tom has three unique skills where they each progressively use more of his mastery’s until reaching his maximum of four, unless Tom “returns” to being the Ultimate King, it doesn’t matter whether or not his hair is in or out of its bun, he is not in his real base form, but in his holding back “I’m just a old man” persona.

And Wildness doesn’t exactly mean base Tom either because he always uses it even when he’s not got his hair let down, it’s his natural style.

Agree or disagree?

Isn’t Kitae the worst opponent for TUI Gun to face?

Kitae’s path makes him get stronger with every attack that lands on him and TUI Gun is just a mindless beast who only knows how to use its instincts and overwhelming power to fight so wouldn’t Kitae be practically guaranteed to win that kind of fight?

Basically, Gun’s only chance at beating Kitae is by NOT allowing himself to enter TUI because then he’s guaranteed to lose.

Hot take, if a character doesn’t show a sign of exhaustion they can’t be considered as such

Prime example, Kitae was NOT tired after fighting the Parks. He showed ZERO signs of exhaustion or slowing down throughout the entire arc, in fact he got stronger and stronger the more he fought.

If Kitae grows in power the more damage he takes then he should be at his strongest currently

Couldn’t find another picture

Hot take, Tom Lee is the strongest 0th Generation member Post-Gapryoung Death

Disclaimer: This post only disregards Jinyoung Park (with Apex Copy).

Kitae Kim is NOT aware of James Lee’s strength

A lot of people are trying to use Kitae’s statement as a means to diminish James’s near-flawless performance against the Fighting Genius, someone who fought on par with Gapryoung, but those same people either lack basic reading comprehension skills or are just plain dumb.

Almost immediately after Kitae amusingly stated his firm stance that he didn’t think James was capable of beating Tom, we are given three options as for why Kitae seems to not only believe this but act in a consistent manner that reflects this genuine belief (see panel above).

Each option holds their own distinct interpretation, but in its entirety the general interpretation is very clearly defined as Kitae simply not having experienced firsthand just how dangerous/strong current James is.

Some will say, “but Kitae helped James with his physical training” or “but Kitae fought with James against Gapryoung”, and I just want to say…so?

  1. We’ve seen the Kojima’s train a generational talent (Seongji) and be 100% under the delusion that he was nothing special before they actually fought seriously against him which prompted their delusion to get shattered completely by reality. So Kitae “training with” James does NOT mean that he knows exactly how strong James is or even has a solid idea of how strong he is or should be. Also, physical prowess is like not at all James’s strongest point so him completing his body is not at all like Kitae completing his body which defines his whole fighting style, they’re not comparable.

  2. James was a literal middle schooler or freshman when he helped killed Gapryoung, Kitae was a grown ahh man…the gap between that James and current James is incomprehensible even by Charles’s own admission, “he just kept getting better and better so I needed someone to counter him”.

So, I’ve come to the conclusion that anyone trying to use Kitae’s disbelief, rejection of reality, as a means to seriously undermine James’s strength is just being disingenuous or dumb.

I wonder how much stronger James would become if he got insecure and started hating himself like Kitae

But I guess it’s kinda hard to hate yourself when you’re not a total failure and a bastard who murders those weaker than him to get juiced up.

Does Jinyoung have the highest stats ever?

I think only PB Daniel can go stat for stat with him.

Can the Mirror King unify Incheon?

R1: Jinyoung Park (without Apex Copy) has two separate solo runs starting with Black Alligator Gang followed by Kings of Incheon. No heals for Jinyoung in between.

R2: Jinyoung Park (without Apex Copy) has two separate solo runs starting with Black Alligator Gang followed by Kings of Incheon. Jinyoung can heal back to normal in between group #1 and #2.

R3: R1: Jinyoung Park (with Apex Copy) has one huge solo run against Black Alligator Gang and the Kings of Incheon.

Which round goes to which side?

Both sacrificed their lives to secure their legacy

If Gun asked Charles to kill James, would he have said yes?
