I’m new to track riding this year. Had several intro lessons and have kept increasing pace to the point they moved me up to intermediate group. I’m riding close to stock ninja 500. My last instructor told me I need to work on body position to improve my pace. What are good body position videos. I would like to learn how to be smooth. When I move my 200lb body I often unsettle the bike right before a turn. I ride at the ridge with several quick turns. I’ve gotten knee down about 5 times. I come from dirt and street (25 years) but am new to hanging off a bike.
