Help me choose

So I have some kind of a deal with my internet provider... I can get samsung S26 (exinos chip) for 250e or xiaomi 17 for 400e.

There's other optinos but I want compact phone, the problem is that s26 is 256gb and xiaomi 17 is 512gb, I rip my CD and own a lot of my music so I need a lot of storage but s26 seems to be better deal at just 250e.

What would you do in my situation?

Just purchased my first pair of iems (truthear hexa) and dac dongle (jm6 pro). I plan on listening music from my phone (xiaomi 17). Currently I listen music from Spotify but i plan to start downloading flac music files.

What do you guys think of this beginner setup for 100$, I mainly listen to 60s/70s and 90s rock like The Beatles, Pink Floyd, The Doors, Jimi Hendrix, Black Sabbath, Oasis Stone Roses, Stealy dan... and similar, do you think this iems would be okay for this music type?

Is upgrading from Spotify lossless to flac worth it since Spotify lossless isn't true lossless especially on android, but can anyone even hear the difference?

Any recommendations and advices would be welcoming since I am new to this.

Thanks
