I was in a remote raid battle for a shadow Cresselia and it got stuck on the red loading screen for so long, it didn’t let me even catch her. I tried to do the support chat, but they didn’t help. I didn’t even buy the raid pass with money, I used earned pokecoins. What else can I do??
