Hello! Need recommendations for a split-type aircon.

Before posting this, nag-research muna ako dito sa Reddit pero honestly mas lalo lang ako na-confuse 😅. May mga nagsasabi na maganda daw ang Carrier, Daikin, Panasonic, etc. kasi ilang years na sa kanila and wala pa ring problema. Pero meron din namang nagsasabi na “maganda lang yung older models” at yung newer units daw nagkakaproblema na after warranty period.

I’m from Cebu and ang pinaka-priority ko talaga is reliable after-sales service and trusted brand. Budget ko is around 20k to 35k. Planning to buy around last week of May.

Sa mga may split-type AC jan na nabili months or years ago, kamusta experience nyo so far? Any brands/models you would personally recommend or avoid? Thanks!

Need lng ng clarification im expecting 60k or more this coming 20th salary ko and I tried applying dito sa finn app base nadin sa nababasa kong reviews d2 sa reddit seems okay but i was expecting to get approved after an hour yet na stuck ako d2 sa verification nila sabi first 5min then an hour then naging a day after ni link ko sa bank ko na BPI..

Sa mga naka experience mag apply dito as first timer how long does it takes po ba para ma verified or mag sync sla I understood naman na need nla ng auto debit but unlike dun sa isang orange app ata un forgot the name na inapplyan ko mabilis lng. Idk if legit ung na download ko from playstore but wala kasing ibang finn app dun so Im guessing legit to.. just got a little bit concern since sa bpi app ko I have 3 accounts but ung sa salary lng ung diniclared ko.
