Cool/odd places to go?

Im coming to toronto next week for fan expo, coming from sask, i was wondering if theres any alternative clothing stores, or just general cool stores to go to? I love cool antiques, clown stuff, gaming/anime/nerdy stuff, oddities etc.

Also any breakfast/supper restaurant recommendations would be appreciated, already planning to check out the barbie cafe.

Around where i am theres not many cool stores so hoping to make the most of it when I get to toronto!

Fly in full milkshake

I got my dad to bring me a caramel coffee shake to work halfway through my 11 hr shift, took 3 sips from it and had to take care of some customers, only to come back to a fly drowning in it. It was still wiggling its legs when I first saw it. Im still gonna drink it but... ew.😭

Wisdom teeth growing in vent

22F and ive been having the WORST migraines and mouth pain the past week (jaw pain, right side of my mouth pain, right lymph node swollen, sinus pain, trouble chewing on right side) and today it was unbearable. I decided to look in my mouth and low and behold my wisdom tooth is growing in. It looks like its growing in sideways and my gums partially covering it (calling the dentist as soon as they open in the morning)

The migraines with this have been UNBEARABLE. The pain is making me dizzy and seeing double and ive hsd the worst brain fog due to how much pain im in. Tylenol and ibuprophen helps for about an hour or 2 and then wear off and since its not a "proper" migraine my sumatriptan isnt working. Im in so much pain i cant sleep.

My dental insurance doesnt renew until AUGUST FIRST and I only have 55$ remaining as I had to get a root canal retreatment a few months ago. I also need to redo my entire roof and take my cat to the vet, and property taxes are coming up in the next month so I have absolutely NO spare money. It seems like everything happens at once and im SO tired but I cannot deal with this pain until the 1st so ill have to dig into my credit card whoch I hate doing.

For the meantime any suggestions for pain relief?

Reccomendations?

Background: 22F and ive have migraines my entire life, i go to the hospital a minimum of 3 times a year for them (my worst year i went 14 times. For reference im canadian Healthcare is free, i go to the hospital when nothings helped my migrsine and ive had it for a week+) ive tried so many things and ive been on a waitlist for a neurologist for 1.5 years. Some of the things ive tried include: gabipentin, metoprolol, aventil, 2 different steroid nasal sprays, eletriptan, B2 + Magnesium citrate, and propranolol. I currently take sumatriptan nasal spray for a preventive but that only works about 70% of the time. Ive also tried going to a masseuse and chiropractor regularly. I have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, OCD, social anxiety disorder, endometriosis, pcos, insomnia, and my doctor suspects I have pots. Note that im already in councelling + medicated for my mental health which helps that part.

My current doctor is the first doctor to ever listen to me about my pain and she is a lifesaver but my migraines are so bad its affecting my daytoday life SO bad. I have tried 10+ medication (minimum 5 months each) and nothing has even slightly helped. Im also chronically fatigued and am so tired all the time even with 8 hours of sleep every night. My doctor is trying her best but shes just a general practitioner and has a LOT of patients. Ive tried googling medications/procedures up with her and weve tried some but they've just not worked either. Im just so exhausted and cant stay like this.

If any of you have any ideas as to what can help with my migraines and chronic fatigue/tiredness please let me know im open to ANYTHING and EVERYTHING (EXCEPT CGRP inhibitors as my doctor has said she would rather have a specialist prescribe those.) I just want to feel normal and not be in pain for once.
