Show me your champagne antique cut/OMC rings

I’ve been looking at champagne/warm coloured antique and old mine cut diamonds a lot online but they’re often shown loose and in fancy studio lighting. I’d love to see how your diamond looks in a ring in real life. Thank you!

Stone check help please

I’m looking for a crushed ice style cushion, how does this diamond look? I’m replacing a hybrid cut diamond in an existing ring with a bit of dark central leakage due to it being a bit too deep so I’m quite limited on options to fit the setting. I’m hoping this will be a good crushed ice diamond, any thoughts?

Thanks for any help

Antique Champagne Cushion

Just ordered this antique style cut champagne cushion to replace an existing white hybrid cushion in a setting with some bad windowing in the middle from a deep cut. I was torn between this and a white crushed ice cushion but this stone had the perfect dimensions for the setting so I decided to make the bolder choice. What do we think?

(The existing stone will be set east west as a necklace, it behaves far better sideways)

New build front garden

Just finished our new build front garden so pleased with how it turned out. All DIY and a very big plant order from our local nursery! Before picture at the end.

Hummingbird hawk-moth in my new build garden

We’ve built our new garden over the last 4 months (see my previous post) and the wildlife is already coming to check it out! These little guys are so fascinating!

New build garden 4 months in

We moved into a new build last year and have done the garden up over the last 4 months. We ended up with a cowboy landscaper for the hard landscaping so the summer house is levelled with bricks, the path is wonky and we totally rebuilt them top of the pergola ourselves but with a lot of hard DIY it’s really coming together. The process has actually inspired be to retrain in horticulture!

Update: Pink Cushion From Aurélinne

To update my post about a beautiful soft pink 2.5ct cushion cut diamond I got from Aurélinne a few months back it’s just come back from my local jeweller in its new custom setting. Absolutely love the pink-champagne tone in the yellow gold.

Always been a bit conscious of the light leakage in the centre of my engagement ring diamond, is it bad or am I just a bit too focused on it seeing all these flawless diamonds on here!
