How are paralegals handling work/client communication without using personal numbers?
Curious how people here are managing client calls/texts outside the office these days, especially in smaller firms or hybrid/remote setups. A lot of legal staff seem to end up using personal phones more than they probably should for client communication, scheduling, callbacks, etc. Are most firms issuing separate devices now, or are people mainly finding other ways to keep work and personal communication separate? Interested in what’s actually practical day-to-day.
