I know official competitions and events need to be at game stores but do you any of you set up way more casual meetups and hangouts other places to build your local community?
I guess I’m looking for tips and advice on building my local Lorcana community because it feels like a desert lol
I’m trying to create a chart to better track my heart rate data and I’m running into a bit of a question.
I have a column dedicated to my daily Maximum HR but when I use that data with my daily Minimum HR to create a stacked line chart the data looks to be at least 50points higher that my actual dataset. Like, my first tracked day has a Max HR of 142 but the stacked chart looks closer to 192.
The minimum data looks to be unaffected and when I do a non-stacked chart with them both it looks correct. I’m trying to show the area between the two as filled otherwise I would stick with the nonstacked.
I don’t know about everybody else but I am fantastic at making a routine and absolutely suck at sticking to it the day life happens.
Does anyone have any quirky methods for keeping/getting yourself back on track? I appreciate the idea of “just be willing to start the routine again the next day” but that by itself just does not help
So I was just diagnosed after battling by myself for years and my therapist suggested trying some prioritization CBT exercises. The normal ones….I’ve been unknowingly trying these for literal decades.
Eisenhower Matrix? All the chores are essentially Important but Not Urgent until they are all Important and Urgent. Same for Do Now, Do Later, Wish List. Kindly, if these worked I probably wouldn’t have looked into therapy lol.
All this to say: anybody have some weird methods that work for them?
