Controlling Heartrate in the Heat
1.5miles + 90s break + .5mi + 90s + .5+ 90s+ run home. -> ~5k
From Samsung FE Watch (honestly I dont know how accurate it is, I suspect not very).
Where I ran this morning at 9am, it was 88°F (31C) with a feels like of 96°F (35C). I was in the sunlight for a lot of this run and I think it is affecting my recovery time and overall pace.
Any suggestions how to mitigate this?

Questions about Clark

Question 1: After the first scene where Clark is in the store watching TV at night (the one with the whiskey and not the beer), he gets in his car and drives somewhere at night. He looks out of the windows after he gets there.
I think this cuts away to the scene where Mary is watching TV with the microwave dinner on the foldable table.
Where did he go, and what did he do there?
Question 2: How was Clark able to send a message to Mary on her voicemail? Is there a phone in the backrooms, or did he leave the backrooms to call her from the store?

Analysis of Clark Table Scene
In the scene where the redhead entity that Clark scalps - aka the 'memory' of his ex-wife (you can see his ex is a redhead in the framed photo next to his store bed.) The way I viewed it was that Captian Clark was a manifestation of clark's dark-side, his demons.
When the therapist gives up on Clark, and Clark then gives up to his demons (admitting that he "doesnt have to change"), his demons literally consume him. This also explains why his wife would run from clark's bad-side.
Thoughts?
