HELLO, I NEED URGENT VETERINARY HELP/ADVICE

I don't have the financial resources right now, and I'm looking for options or assistance in my city.

• Age: ~10 years (Senior Cat)

• Weight: 6.5 kg

• Duration of symptoms: 4 days (since Thursday, August 4)

• Reproductive status: Neutered

• Male

• Symptoms:

◦ Initial vomiting after eating dry food and a hairball.

◦ Complete refusal to eat dry food and drink from his usual water bowl.

◦ Accepts wet food and drinks water only from the faucet.

◦ Behavioral changes: Very clingy/affectionate and isolates himself or lies down in unusual places around the house.

◦ Litter box use: Has urinated as usual; has not defecated much because he hasn’t eaten much.

I sincerely appreciate any advice.
