KLF t-shirt

I ordered this almost to test DHGate out, as I watched a documentary on the dance band KLF and it featured some very cool and nostalgic t-shirts. Amazingly DH not only had 24 (!) types of T, they were all v cool.

I chose the Japanese vintage one and its v good quality cotton, but the XL was slightly too small for me. An XXL would have suited my 6ft 2, slightly overweight beer belly figure.

May reorder after payday and go for another style as I know its a good shop. Should be perfect for summer festivals.

Truth be told I just wanted to buy some nice summer looking sambas for my (female) partner. Was genuinely amazed when these turned up and was incredibly amazed to see these seemed to be these:

I ordered a size 6 and they fit true to UK female size. Don't quote me, but I believe male and female Adidas sizes are the same, but they say you are recommended to go up half a size at least for men because the ladies are narrower.

Anyway, to say she's happy is an understatement! They really are class. And I accidentally ordered 2 pairs, so double happy LOL

I own real Sambas, and actually can't see a difference in quality.

Real world prices for the real ones seem to be all over the place on these, ranging from 150 quid, although not many sizes available, up to 700+ quid on eBay.

Blame post. I'm blaming all you. I joined this sub prob 2 months ago and have been on a budget-end frenzy buying spree. It helps I know almost nothing, and prob may stay at that level as it means I'm always happy. Nothing in my new, posh (£12) watch box cost more than £40 - most are £25. I'm naively content. I'm probably thinking I'll finish the box off with a Datejust for all those high-society balls I attend. Also, all those pics of youse in high-end cars, are they AI? My car's sh*t.

I blame this subreddit. I've only been in it a few weeks and these Omega/Swatch collabs represent my 4th and 5th purchase. Which is silly.

As you can see though, I'm lurking at the super low end of the rep market, and these were about £24 each delivered.

Gotta say, the packaging is awesome and would make for a fun gift for someone young and not as cynically twisted as some of us hoary old gits.

As for quality? They're light and plasticky, but since it's been about 3 decades since I had a Swatch I can't remember if that's how they're meant to be or not.

I'll put these firmly in the 'bit of fun' camp and will wear on Summer days where I won't care so much about my watch getting trashed.

My 2nd watch of my 1st ever rep batch, as a goddam noobie, quite simply blew me away! I thought I'd see what a really expensive one would deliver, so I paid... drumroll... £38.75 delivered for this one.

A reverse image search reveals it's a rep of a "Rolex Oyster Perpetual GMT-Master II “Root-Beer”". They're £16k usually, so that's good then.

Looking at the pictures, they really don't show it as it is, a really subtle goldish, orange tone. Classy.

Anyway, this one is much heavier than my other rep and look gorgeous. Definitely for Summer, in fact I've ordered some rep Lacoste and Ralph tops just to pair with it 🤣

I've been a lurker in here a while and am testing the waters, and in a frenzy of not knowing a thing about reps, although I'm learning, I ordered 5 (FIVE!) shitters.

One of the first to arrive, this 'Daytona' cost me a princely sum of £23.88 delivered, and as a complete noob, I'm very happy. I understand you old sea dogs will spot the flaws, but I'm happy being ignorant!
