An welchen Hund denkst du wenn du Hund hörst?

Hi,

Superdog

This is my OC superdog. I's drawn on a Whiteboard.

Do you know Whiteboard art or artists?

It's hard to draw on it, because the surface is soooo smooth :)

I wish you a nice day!

Do you have any advice? Name: Ox, Cat & Co.; Artist: Keh-ling

HI. I'm struggle with my markers.

Yes they have wonderful colours, but I didn't figure out how to make the deepnes into the picture. My Clouds looks like mountains and the shadows are ... some kind of to harsh?
Or is it the shadow placement? that the trees have to bee darker and so on?

I'm happy with any help!
What are your thoughts? - maybe I'm on the wrong track with the colours

My interpretation of the Jade Emperor using alcohol markers

I recently finished this drawing of the Jade Emperor from Chinese mythology.

Finding visual references turned out to be much harder than I expected. Many historical depictions and sculptures didn't really match the image I had in my head. Since he's the Jade Emperor, I imagined him wearing vibrant green robes rather than the more common imperial colors.

This was also my first artwork using a brand-new set of alcohol markers I bought while traveling in France. The border is actually drawn with a metallic green marker, which gives it a subtle shine in person.

The swirling lines behind him are meant to represent clouds and wind, emphasizing his divine authority over heaven.

I'd love to hear your thoughts or feedback!

My interpretation of the Wu Xing (Five Elements) cycle using markers and metallic markers

I recently created this artwork inspired by the Chinese concept of Wu Xing (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal and Water).

My goal was to visualize the flow and transformation between the elements rather than depict them as separate forces.

The piece was drawn with alcohol markers and metallic markers and was created as a personal gift for my husband, so it is not for sale.

For those familiar with Wu Xing, I'd love to hear your thoughts on how the relationships between the elements come across in the composition.
