Mein Name ist "KeinAusweis", ich bin 18 Jahre alt. Ich komme aus Ägypten und studiere Ingenieurwesen in der Deutschen Universität in Kairo (oder GUC auf Englisch). Meine Niveau ist A2 jetzt. Und ich möchte mich bis C1 verbessern, weil ich will nach Deutschland zu Studium reisen.

In Meiner Universität gibt ein Deutschkurs von A0 bis A2 (A1 für erste Jahre, und A2 für zweite Jahre). Alle Studenten müssen passen das Kurs also sie können sich Zertifikat bekommen.

Ich werde im nächste September zweite Jahre Student sein.

Heute will ich über "Warum lerne ich deutsch?" sprechen. Mein Ziel mit Deutsch ist reisen nach Deutschland für Studiumöglichkeiten, besonders Ingenieurwesen.

Heute bin ich ein Student in der Deutsch Universität in Kairo (oder GUC auf Englisch). Und mein erster Professor hat mir erzählt dass mit guten GPA und B2-C1 Deutsch, er und zwei andere Professoren wird mich nach Deutschen Universität gehen. Besonders Universitäten wie die TUM, Stuttgart, und usw. (Sorry für schlechte schreiben)

Ich hatte eine Erkenntnis, dass es bedeutet ich werde Advanced Bildung auf Deutsch lernen nachdem ich hatte all auf Englisch gelernt. Ich kenne dass es werde wirklich schwer sein, aber wie kann ich erreichen zu C1 in Deutsch in einem Jahre?

Gestern habe ich ein Text geschrieben über meinen Tag. In weniger Stunden haben viele Menschen meinen Text analysiert. Sie waren so hilfreich und sympathisch. Ich habe viel gelernt.

Heute ist Montag. Ich habe um 10 Uhr aufgewacht. Ich anfangt meinen Tag mit frühstücken, dann habe ich sich anziehen für Universität.

Heute habe ich 5 Stunden Mathekursen gehabt, weil machen ich ein Sommersemester Kurz.

Die Lehrerin hat Vectors erklärt. Dann sie hat Matrix angefangen.

Morgen habe ich 3 Vorlesungen. Also ich wird heutiges Material studieren.

Now we need to be honest with ourselves, what is my rally fighting against? My problem is with excess masturbation. The kind which is motivated by pornographic IMAGINATION. I do not watch porn, I do not engage with pornography in anyway, but my mind tries to tell me that I cannot control what I think before bed.

That is where my conflict is. I am not only targetting porn, I am targetting masturbation. It is natural to want a release after a stressful and/or anxious day/event. It isn't natural to want a release despite no stress and/or anxiety.

Now what happened last night? In my second battle, I was facing physical discomfort due to food mix up that made it uncomfortable to have a stomach. I happened to also want to sleep which is usually when the trigger is active. The battle lasted for 2 hours of rolling around in bed, laying in different positions and alignments and trying not to puke unnecessarily. Eventually I couldn't fight the battle for longer.

With that said, I am going to make sure that the last thing I see before bed is anti-porn content that adds confidence. Then I am going to journal more, what really helped in the first battle was the fact the I had one person dm me and another joining my rally. So whenever I am on the brink of surrendering I am going to post here, give myself and others a morale boost to keep going.

An ambush came expected, just before sleep where i was most vulnerable to attack.

Since I started masturbating. I only attempted to break away from it completely 29 times. Only to find myself masturbating more on day 2 of it than before. This time I am going to use a technique my therapist suggested for academic studying, and since it would work in academics then it should work here as well. Body doubling.

It depends on the idea that the brain respects the environment more than your own instructions, especially true when you are diagnosed with ADHD like i am.

Whoever is starting with me, tag me every 8 hours. 3 times I day I should be posting about progress.

I call everyone who wants to break free, mobilise with me. And if nobody rallies then I hold the sword alone and I will charge them oppressors. However if just one person mobilises with me, then our victory will be closer!
