I just want some reassurance that this embryo could still lead to a live birth. I am 42 and out of five eggs only this one was mature. They froze day 3 and graded it 2/6 which is fair and six cells. I transferred two 3/9 day 3 embryos in April that failed. This is our last retrieval/embryo and already feel like it won’t work 😭

I had a retrieval in March where I only got 2 eggs and they advised me to freeze day 3, which I did. That transfer didn’t work. I just had a retrieval yesterday and they got 5 eggs! Now I am in the territory where I can decide to freeze day 3 or push to blast. I don’t want to lose all my potential embryos by pushing to blast, but I already had day 3 freeze that didn’t work. A little back ground. 42 and my day 3s were graded good and 9 cell. No male factor. What would you do?! This is probably my last retrieval.
I am on my second stim cycle and it’s not going well. The first one I had 6-8 follicles growing. I ended up with two embryos because of asynchronous growth. But I am 8 days into stims and my ultrasound this morning had zero follicle growth. It still has few follicles (2-4) between 5-1”mm. Exactly the same as on Friday. Can est*** priming suppress you thus much? I also doubled my other meds. I am taking 150 men and 300 fol now. I would think that would make them grow faster but nothing?

I need some success stories. I know its too early to test but I did anyways and of course its negative. I have zero symptoms that are not related to PIO and its messing with my head! Can I have some success stories and maybe people who had no symptoms but still got a positive? Thank you
