[31M] I'm a little confused about what to do next

Hi everyone, I’m 31 years old, 166 cm tall, and currently weigh about 62 kg. I started working out in June 2025; I had a very high body fat percentage and, of course, began an actual cutting phase in November 2025, when I weighed 68 kg. From that point on—as you can see from the graph—I’ve alternated between various phases of maintenance, mini-cuts, and lean bulking, and in the meantime, I’ve also had two BIA tests; the most recent one showed 18% body fat. I think summer threw me off track a bit with going out and eating larger meals than usual, but I didn’t completely derail: as you can see from the chart, my goal in June 2026 was to enter a lean bulk phase with the aim of going from roughly 60 kg to 62 kg—but very gradually; I wanted to do this from June through October.

August, however, was terrible—I quickly hit 62 kg and had to take corrective action by first switching to maintenance mode for almost a month, and now I’m trying to do a mini-cut to get back down to 60 kg and lose that little bit of fat I’ve accumulated.

I’m confused, though, about the path I should take. Compared to a year ago, I’m much more toned—my progress at the gym has been fantastic—but my belly won’t go away, and I think my body fat percentage is still around 18%, according to my last BIA test.

It's clear that to get rid of my belly for good, I'd still need to lose more weight, but I'm worried about losing too much: isn't aiming for 57–58 kg a bit too risky for my lean body mass? What do you recommend I do? Thank you so much.

Why can't I open an album on queue when listening on Desktop?

I feel pretty stupid, but... Why can't I go to an artist's album from the desktop if, for example, I'm listening to a song from a list/queue? I've tried everything: clicking on the album, going to the menu with the dots, but nothing... Is it possible that such a simple feature really hasn't been included?

Not look for a Versace Eros clone... But similar fragrances?

I know, I know: Versace Eros isn’t expensive, I’ll start by clarifying that right away. But what can you do? I’m curious, and you know that once the hype starts, it doesn’t stop. Today I tried Versace Eros, and I have to say I really liked it: it’s not very original, but it’s fresh enough to wear every day. What dupe fragrances do you think I should consider? I’d like something that’s a mix between Versace Eros (with its subtle vanilla note) and something spicy. Fire away with your suggestions! My list:

- French Avenue Nomad

- Rasasi Elixir

- 9PM Rebel

- Rasasi Fire

- Afnan Rare Reef

- Zimaya Inekas Luna

- Marwa Arabiyat Prestige

How do you manage to spend so little?

Hi, everyone. I’m a hobbyist who enjoys working on personal projects in my free time, mainly using agents like Cline, Roo Code, Kilo, etc. Over the last few days, I remembered I had some credits on OpenRouter, so I decided to try Deepseek V4 Pro, partly because of the many posts mentioning very low costs relative to the tokens used. However, to my great surprise, even though I made very few changes to my code, I spent about $0.35, with a single initial call costing about $0.20.

I’ll say it again: obviously, these are very low figures, but… not as low as I’m seeing among you guys, especially since I’ve made maybe twenty calls at most, and proportionally, it still seems expensive to me to work on a full project for hours.

Certainly, as I mentioned, I noticed that the most expensive call was the initial one. So I’m asking you: what setup do you recommend using? Also regarding the Agent, etc. And above all, how do you avoid such “high” costs for initial calls, considering that I think they’re related to a cache hit/miss issue? Thank you.

French Avenue Nomad: It deserves a lot more hype

It was a typical night scrolling through TikTok, where my algorithm now seems to swing back and forth only between perfumes and memes. Suddenly, I saw a quick review of this little bottle that immediately caught my attention: it looks like a scroll, and I’m already sold. Then the influencer on duty described it as a mix between Megamare and Arabians Tonka: I’ve never tried either, but hey, they’re two fragrances that are literally worlds apart... How could a mix of the two actually be any good? It’s crazy, I thought. But right after that crazy thought, my thumb was already on the “Add to Cart” button, and I bought it for €30 (about $34): at that price, it was impossible not to give it a try.

It finally arrived and from the very first spritz, I was literally enchanted by this fragrance. In the last year alone, I’ve collected about 13 different perfumes (I know, I’m still a beginner!), but only Marwa had captivated me so much from the very first spritz.

Just to be clear: I’m not a very experienced nose, so take my descriptions as just the basics. The nose (the professional one) is by Jordi Fernandez (for those who don't know, he created Montblanc Explorer and some Nishane fragrances). There’s one thing, though, where I lied: the first spray was exceptional, but not the first ten seconds. In theory, the opening notes are saffron and lemon, but what I smell most is saffron—I honestly don’t smell the lemon at all. It reminded me of the scent of a cleaner I use to wipe down furniture and catch dust, and I have to admit, I was a little worried. After those 20–30 seconds when you’re taken aback, though, the scent really unfolds into a blend that I’d describe as relaxing if I absolutely had to label it. I read a review on Fragrantica that was raving about how this fragrance smells like a pirate who’s just taken a shower. Believe me, it sounded crazy to me at first, but… now I couldn’t describe it any better.

I can smell the marine notes, but they aren’t that overpowering; the note I notice most is vanilla, but it’s not overly sweet or cloying—it feels just right. And perhaps this balance comes precisely from these marine notes: it’s as if every now and then my nose picks up the scent of seaweed, but the vanilla immediately steps in to soften the whole thing. These are the two notes I sense “battling” each other, but in an almost harmonious, pleasant way, without one overpowering the other. In fact, I’d say it’s 60% vanilla and 40% marine notes.

Fragrantica describes it as a four-season fragrance: that’s probably true, but honestly, for me it’s summer right now, and I’d definitely have a hard time wearing it during the day. Not because it’s cloying, as I mentioned, but because I see it more as a fragrance that can only draw attention if used sparingly in the right contexts; otherwise, it might come across as overwhelming (especially since it’s a perfume extract and the sillage is really powerful). For now, I’ll definitely wear it for evening dates and nights out. It’s certainly not a fragrance for everyday use because it needs to be appreciated by both you and others.

Anyway, writing all this made me realize that I paid a ridiculous amount for the quality I got... Now I really feel like a pirate—both because of the perfume and because of the theft I committed at French Avenue.

[Richiesta Consigli] 30M / 166 cm / 60,2 kg - Terminato un cut di 6 mesi, inizio un lean bulk. Ecco la mia BIA di partenza!

Ciao a tutti,

Statistiche Generali

  • Età / Sesso: 30 / Maschio
  • Altezza: 166 cm

[Advice Needed] 30M / 166cm (5'5") / 60.2kg (132.7 lbs) - Finished a 6-month cut, starting a lean bulk. Here are my baseline InBody results!

Hey everyone,

I’d love to get some advice and feedback from the community on where to go from here.

My Background & Journey: I was in a consistent caloric deficit from November up until recently, focusing on shedding body fat. After a solid 6-month cut, I finally switched to a maintenance phase at the beginning of May to let my body stabilize. As of June 1st, I've officially shifted into a slight caloric surplus. My goal right now is to slowly push my weight up to around 62 kg (136.7 lbs) to build some quality muscle without piling on unnecessary fat.

My Training: I'm currently running Jeff Nippard's BTS program. My training philosophy is heavily centered around progressive overload, and I keep my working sets strictly in the 8-10 rep range to maximize hypertrophy.

What I'm Looking For: I had an InBody scan done right before starting my surplus to set a baseline. Given my history of a long cut and my new goal of lean bulking, do these numbers look like a solid starting point? Does this approach make sense? My body fat percentage is still high, but it’s all concentrated around my abdomen, as you can see. However, I’d reached a point where I couldn’t cut my calorie intake any further (I’d got down to 1,500 calories) because I wasn’t making any progress with either my weight or my training.

Here are the stats from my baseline scan:

General Stats

  • Age / Sex: 30 / Male
  • Height: 166 cm (5'5")
  • Weight: 60.2 kg (132.7 lbs)
  • BMI: 21.8 kg/m²
  • Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR): 1416 kcal

Body Composition

  • Skeletal Muscle Mass (SMM): 27.0 kg (59.5 lbs)
  • Body Fat Mass: 11.8 kg (26.0 lbs)
  • Body Fat Percentage (PBF): 19.5%
  • Skeletal Muscle Index (SMI): $7.2~kg/m^{2}$
  • Visceral Fat Area: 51.1 cm²

Segmental Lean Analysis (Muscle)

  • Right Arm: 2.79 kg (6.1 lbs) — 97.4% of ideal
  • Left Arm: 2.70 kg (6.0 lbs) — 94.1% of ideal
  • Trunk: 22.7 kg (50.0 lbs) — 99.3% of ideal
  • Right Leg: 7.15 kg (15.8 lbs) — 89.7% of ideal
  • Left Leg: 7.12 kg (15.7 lbs) — 89.5% of ideal

Segmental Fat Analysis

  • Right Arm: 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs) — 98.0%
  • Left Arm: 0.6 kg (1.3 lbs) — 109.1%
  • Trunk: 6.0 kg (13.2 lbs) — 155.5%
  • Right Leg: 1.8 kg (4.0 lbs) — 112.5%
  • Left Leg: 1.8 kg (4.0 lbs) — 112.0%

Water & Extras

  • Total Body Water (TBW): 35.6 L
  • Intracellular Water: 22.2 L
  • Extracellular Water: 13.4 L
  • ECW Ratio: 0.376

Anyone else like Marwa?

Hi, everyone. I picked up Marwa by Arabyiat Prestige a few weeks ago now, and I have to say I’ve loved it from day one: I love that clean, luxurious scent—as many here describe it—and I have to say it’s turning out to be one of the fragrances I’ve received the most compliments on ever (for context, I live in Italy, where we’re perhaps more used to slightly more “Western” fragrances like this one). I originally bought this perfume with the intention of wearing it to the gym, but... It’s become my go-to scent for these days when the heat is really kicking in, along with Afnan Rare Reef.

That said, please recommend another fragrance with this vibe that you think would be a safe blind buy.
