No, Serious question I need help lol

In my own mind (not out loud) I use the term “shipping” for basically any type of relationship (and yes I know that word is not supposed to be used that way in a broad sense, but the brain sees the ‘ship’ in relationship and associates it with all kinds of relationships that don’t involve sex or attraction)

Loona and Via have some really good chemistry, and I love seeing them together, as sisters or as besties.

Moxie and Stolas, also good vibes! I want more~

But… not like that.

So, can someone help me find a word so I’m not accidentally saying “I ship this” when what I mean is “I want these characters to have a relationship” and then have to further say “not a sexual/romantic relationship”.

I need a replacement word..

I also don’t have the brain cell today, so forgive me for probably not making any sense.

Maybe I’m misunderstanding people’s discussions, but I think this is an important point to state for the record that Stolas and Blitz are not in a relationship, and have never been in a relationship in the dating sense.

They’ve had sex and had a transactional relationship, but they have never “been dating”

Stolas offered one and was rejected by Blitz in Full Moon.

Blitz scooping up and housing and caring for a homeless Stolas doesn’t mean they are dating, or even that Stolas has forgiven Blitz for his actions since Full Moon.

Dancing and talking in sismas doesn’t mean everything is OK between them.

Blitz is doing all this being he loves Stolas, not because they’re “together”

Stolas isn’t Blitz ex because they were never actually together. Stolas chatting with Vassago isn’t inappropriate because Stolas is technically single.

Stolas and Blitz aren’t repeating similar drama, its the same drama between them they haven’t worked though yet.

My friend bought me this game when it came out, and I got pretty close to the end, but was emotionally struggling with the Master Sword and was gonna hold off until I had a good moment to sit and play…. And I never got back to it.

Anyways, my husband bought me a Switch 2 in June and I started a new game, upgraded it, and used Zelda Notes to collect all the things I wanted to collect.

And I put my (mental) foot down and committed to actually beating the game. And I did!

Went through the end last night and while I am terrible at combat, I really heckin’ enjoyed that whole battle and the different stages and the story. That last bit was incredibly fun and visually beautiful.

BOTW always felt like I was playing through an epilogue, and the world felt a little empty after tutorial island, but I knew the next game would be better because the developers could focus more resources on content rather than building a whole world from the ground up.

I am just really satisfied with this game in a way that I haven’t been in a while~

I love the direction these games went in this series.

But the one thing I always feel sad about it how the Rito were changed to just be anthropomorphic birds.

The original Ritos in Wind Waker were a really unique species and were an evolution of Zora.

They had a whole coming of age culture of climbing a mountain (without flight) to get a dragon scale that would allowed you to grow wings.

While the situation is very different in this game, I wish they had done more to adapt them from WW.

It is a small sad though and not enough to diminish the game for me… but going to Rito Village and hearing the Dragon Roost background music start up gives me a small feeling of loss and regret.

Yesterday my coworker almost hit a small little voidling streaking across the road but was able to stop in time.

….. however while her car was stopped the kitten decided that the best course of action was to climb through the rear wheel and crawl up into the inner workings of the car -_-;

My coworker looked all around and a witness told her that he saw the kitten go through her wheel. But neither of them could find the kitten.

After much searching she had to make the decision to very cautiously made her way to work.

When I got to work a they had a trap set and the hood open trying to coax out the potential kitten if it was still there.

I decided to take a look and after a bit of searching all around I saw the smallest bit of fringe-y looking darkness out of the corner of my eye when looking through the rear wheel and upon closer inspection I saw some dangling limbs and my heart just sank as I thought the worst…

But then I saw a small twitch!

And after crawling under the car I found this tiny little girl trying to become one with the car and it took some work getting her out.

She’s currently terrified of everything (will bolt for corners), but she started unfreezing enough last night to start eating and I gave her some fluids to perk her up as she was really dehydrated.

She started mewing this morning, but the husband checking on her spooked her back into silence. (But she’s still better than she was yesterday)

Anyways, she isn’t staying with us, but we’re gonna foster her for a bit until we find her a home (and keep her at least a few days until she decompresses a bit). But thought I would be fun to ask for name ideas for this little hitchhiker.

We currently keep referring to her as “the criminal”, and “the hitchhiker”. And ‘Smooth Criminal’ has been in my head all day…

This is not an angry rant, merely a mild whining lament on the woes of being a mobile user. Please laugh at my pain with me and share with me your own woes~

(I have basically no time during week to sit in front of a computer to play, but I can play during the short breaks I get throughout the day on my phone!)

Why is it every new feature designed for a better “mobile UI” actually makes it worse?

Does anyone else feel like the plot is almost an intentional middle finger to the mobile users?
