Employment dispute Tribunal Advice England

Please can someone calm my nerves and more or less explain what happens during a tribunal employment case? I was employed for under a year and the employer charged me an admin fee of £3000 for a government funded course. I at the time thought this was normal but then found out it’s “illegal” (from what I read online) to charge someone for a course and claim it’s for an admin fee. It’s small business fyi. I asked for it back but they said it’s non refundable so I put a claim in. I paid for it because I thought it’s the only way for me to get on this course.

I’m stressed out thinking what’s going to happen on the day, I don’t want to see the other guy, never mind speak to him.

This painting was done by a mother who is in a legal battle against a very rich man. This portrait is meant to represent her and her babies that have been taken away from her unfairly. It was on her Instagram and is still up for auction however her billionaire ex paid for bots to report her profile and had her Instagram disabled. It's currently on auction and the highest bid is 3k.. She has a community of people that are trying to support her but so much can be done when you’re against a billionaire. Where would you have this posted for it to be recognised by art lovers? All advice appreciated and please be kind. I would love to help this lady, we all would. This isn’t a post to beg for money but one to appreciate the story behind the art.
