My partner is going on his first deployment.

I already have anxieties regarding our relationship. We've been together 10 yrs with 2 kids and still not engaged. He frequently talks about other women and says things like you should do x,y,z thing to alter your appearance.

I have no suspicion atm because he is always home and he leaves his phone unlocked near me frequently.

Im not confident that presented with the opportunity, he values our relationship enough to not act on his immediate desires.

We also do not have open communication where I feel comfortable to just bring up my concerns.

Pls give me all your first deployment advice.

If my partner can't look at me during the deed, is there no hope? It feels very technical, with little chemistry. Sort of like "youre here, so this will do".

Is there a way to remedy this? Im going to the gym and trying to eat healthy, but weightloss has been slow. I have limited time to make myself look "nice" daily as we have 2 young children who require a lot from me as well as homeschooling. I also have severe anemia that makes even showering tiring. (I shower daily, im just always dizzy lol)

Are we cooked? Or do I just need to be hotter?

How do I know if it's able to be salvaged or he just doesnt like me ?

Saw a police foot chase while driving near S Tucson. Man was taking a light jog but the police officers were having a hard time catching him. Anyone know how it ended? I haven't seen anything in the news.

Is anyone else having cockroach issues or am I just a disgusting repulsive dirty person?

We've had 2 in the last week.

I didnt think our house was dirty, we keep the cat food cleaned up an sealed and dont leave food or dishes out.

Is it just us?

My partner says theyre the wood eating kind so they shouldnt infest.
