There is zero reason changing the login screen background on gnome should be so difficult.

I just spent an hour trying to set a standard 2560x1440 OEM Lenovo ThinkPad wallpaper as my GDM login image.

\- Tried GDM settings
\- Tried scripts (URL and compilation errors)
\- Tried manually editing /etc/dconf/db/gdm.d/01-background using org/gnome/desktop/background and screensaver schemas.

All it did was change my user desktop to a solid fallback color and completely ignored the login greeter image. Why does GNOME make customizing a login background an absolute nightmare?

CIC Business Technology vs MUST Business administration and information systems

CIC vs MUST

قدمت في must: business administration and information systems و اتقبلت و كنت خلاص هروح يوم السبت ادفع القسط الاول لاكن لقيت major في CIC اسمو business technology عباره عن %70 مواد كومبيوتر ساينس و %30 مواد بيزنس و انا كان هدفي cs من الاول لاكن مجبتش مجموعها، عيوب must اني هكون بدرس حاجه يعتبر مبحبهاش و الجامعه بعيده جدا عني، عكس cic هكون مهتم بكل المواد الي فيها و هحب الدراسه فيها و كمان قريبه مني، مشكلتي مع CIC الوحيده و الي مخوفاني منها انها تعتبر "معهد" انا بشكل عام مش فارق معايه اوي بصراحه بس احنا عايشين في مجتمع مبيرحمش، التقديم في cic مختلف لانها بتتحط في الرغبات و يا تجيلي يا متجيش لو مجاتليش علي الاغلب هكمل في must لو مكاني مراحش فيها، السوال هو هل فعلا هيفرق في حوار معهد و جامعه ولا مبتفرقش، و عمتا انا شوفت المواد الي بيدرسوها في cic فعلا كلها مواد حاسبات معادا الحاجات الكبيره شويه زي ال discrete math , algorithms و معاها شويه مواد بيزنيس لاكن المواد في must ملهاش علاقه ب حاسبات، هل لو دخلت must و كملت الباقي كورسات هيكون احسن؟

Chugged 10 liters of mountaindew in less than a week

Oh yeah theres still 5 more bottles in the fridge will finish chugging them all by tmr, I basically drink 5 bottles every single day.

في العادي مكنتش بشرب بالكميات دي خالص بس علشان الامتحانات بقيت مبقدرش اذاكر منغيرو و اه صح لسه فيه 5 mountain dew كمان في التلاجه هكون خلصتهم علي بكره اتمني بس قلبي يستحمل كلها 25 يوم كمان و هخلص بشرب حوالي 5 كل يوم يعني اعتقد حاجه بسيطه
(ال sting طعمو ابن ستين وسخه مش عارف بتشربوه ازاي بصراحه)

I have an extra genuine Thermal Grizzly Aeronaut thermal paste that I don’t need anymore, so I’d rather give it to someone who can use it instead of letting it sit in a drawer.
