Is this even KP?

Help!! Been using tret and moisturizers for several months and no progress. Wondering if it’s fungal acne or something else entirely? KP runs in the family so always just assumed that’s what it was, but now I’m wondering! Very bumpy when caught at the right angle.

One night at the Gorge?

Thinking of trying for one night at The Gorge this Labor Day. Anyone have a recommendation on which day is typically the ‘best’ to go? If that’s even a thing? Leaning towards Friday. I’ve never seen him at a festival before but I’ve read each day is different…so think it may not matter!

What moisturizer for tret and routine for 12 yo?

My daughter has KP only on her cheeks with patches of white bumps. She has been using tret for the past several months. We recently bumped up to .5 from .25. I’m trying to help her be consistent but we struggle on what moisturizer to use and when. Tret users, are you applying tret on top of or below a moisturizer, or in between layers? We have tried the cetaphil moisturizing cream but would like to hear what others use and the consistency/process that others have seen success with while using it? I mostly just have read ppl saying they use it, but not how they use it. She is 12 and really struggling with this.

Current Routines:

  • cetaphil gentle face wash daily 2x
  • moisturizer in evening
  • tret in evening 3x week

Inset griddle: modify

We are building an island with space for a blackstone type griddle (will have a u-shaped lowered counter on one end; allowing griddle to be slightly above counter level for air flow). I’m wondering what griddle people have used that are not specifically drop-ins. We will be surrounding the area appropriately, but not sure how to edit a griddle to sit on a ledge (cut legs? Add something?) and which would be the best one. The actual drop ins are $$$, so thinking there must be a way to tailor a blackstone, members mark, etc.

Other option is to keep the griddle on its stand and not add the side tables, then move into a u shaped cutout that will run all the way from the top of the counter to the ground.

Anyone doing a body and bell/ascend split? Thinking about the best way to either double up on some of the days, or commit to just the 3 priority workouts of each team each week- so 6 days.

Anyone have any successful plans/splits? Have been doing ascend for months but want to switch it up a bit. Thanks!
