Pump Bag Set Up

Returning to work part time in a few weeks and wondering what are your must haves in your pump bag? What kind of bag do you use to contain everything? What’s your recommended way of storing milk while there? I was looking at the chill bottles but I only live 10 minutes from work so not sure I need one. Thanks in advance!

Side Preference?

I’ve noticed my baby prefers to face the left when she’s in the carrier. Is that an issue? Should I see if she’ll let me rotate so she’s resting on her right side sometimes? She sleeps more so on her right side, if it matters.

Head Cushion Advice

My LO is 7 weeks old and approximately 22 inches. She can’t really move her head with the insert at this point and seems to be chin to chest more often than not. I took the insert out today to see how she fits without it but this feels like there’s so much space for her head to jostle around. Thoughts? Also, do I need to take the seat insert out at the same time?

Can take more pics if needed. I know the straps are a bit loose/chest clip is low, I hadn’t finished getting her settled yet bc I was deciding if I was going to put the insert back in or not. Thank you in advance!

Legendairy Milk Silicone Cups + Spectra

Has anyone tried this combo or similar? I keep getting the ads and it sure looks enticing to be able to shove the cups in my bra vs wearing the standard spectra set up. Especially for when I return to work, I have a private enough office that this would allow me to pump at my desk which would be nice. TIA!

How long does your 7 week old nurse for?

Pretty much the title. I’m curious how long your ~7 week old nurses for and for older LOs, when did baby start to get more efficient?

Ring Sling Fit Check

Didn’t get many good pics, happy to take more tomorrow if needed.

6 week old LO. I struggled to get the wrap knee to knee and I think the rings may be sitting too low? After sitting in it for a couple minutes it also seemed like the wrap rode up on her neck. Any advice/feedback welcome!! I only kept her in it a few minutes as I wasn’t confident in the fit.

Thank You!

Want to thank everyone who helps with fit checks and education on this sub. I’ve posted two fit checks myself and have learned so much reading others posts and feedback as well and wanted to show some gratitude for helping us safely carry our babes. Happy Saturday!😊

ergobaby embrace fit check

4 week old. Thank you in advance!

ETA - I just read that the carrier and your clothing count as layers when baby wearing- so should I dress baby accordingly?

Solly wrap fit check please :)

First time trying the wrap. 13 day old, tucked feet according to the solly tutorial. Adding pic of untucked feet to see if M shape is sufficient enough?
