Hey girls, how should a guy deal with revealing his height on dating apps (assuming they're short)?

Question for women, do you think men should list their height on apps like tinder/bumble? By doing so, it seems like they're sort of limiting their dating pool right off the bat. However, if they don't, they risk potentially disappointing the woman or even possibly making her feel deceived. It seems like a bit of a catch-22 tbh.

Basically, I'm sort of just wondering what the proper "etiquette" is, so to speak. I know for some girls it can be a deal breaker, whereas others aren't too fussed. As a shorter dude, I'd hate for the first thing I see when meeting a girl to be the disappointment at my stature written all over her face lol. On the other hand, I sort of feel shorter dudes should get a chance to "sell" themselves—especially since it's a pretty competitive environment for men. If you were a guy using OLD, would you put your height?

Request for a video addressing the Low IQ Population

Hey everyone. I'll keep this brief as I made a post like this a while ago that didn't gain much traction. Simply put, Dr. K has made countless videos discussing the various challenges that gifted kids face; I think it's time to address the other side of the equation. I get that smarter people may be overrepresented in this community, however, I think that those of us who are less "cognitively endowed" could really use some help.

Dr. K has referenced IQ in many of his videos now, so it's reasonable to infer that he does believe in it's validity, at least to some extent. People in the 60-85 IQ range, while not always completely dysfunctional, face a multitude of challenges—both practical and personal. I get that this topic is a veritable landmine politically and socially, but I think it needs to be talked about all the same.

What do you guys think?

Why do players bend the ball?

I understand this is such a noob question... but why do pros curve the ball when they shoot? I've seen a million videos explaining the magnus effect and the physics behind it, however, little to no explanations on why it's done. I understand that it can be used to curl the ball around a defensive line. I suppose it could also maybe throw off the goalkeeper. Im curious though, what is the main advantage to applying spin to the ball? Are most shots taken with some spin applied to the ball?

How do I stay "locked in"?

Hey everyone, I'm looking for advice. I've been playing valorant for 4+ years on and off. Im currently platinum 1 and I've been trying to take the game more seriously. I think my mechanics have gotten pretty decent due to practicing a lot in the range. The issue im struggling with now is kind of weird and im wondering if anyone else has dealt with this. When im playing, I sort of feel like I can't properly "lock in". When im moving around and peeking angles it sort of feels like im dissociated or distracted. The vast majority of the time, when I take duels I just feel like I can't bring myself to aim and shoot. It almost feels like my eyes zoom out and im just shooting without actually aiming at a precise point.

I've tried to rectify this by playing guardian only in dm and it has sort of helped but I still just have days where it just seems like I can't bring myself to aim. I feel like im struggling to strike a balance between relaxed and loose gameplay while also being focused and intense. I know it sounds like im overthinking it, which I definitely am, but I just don't know how to solve this since it seems so outside of my control. I see an enemy and I just shoot without moving my cursor and then I'm just dead. I feel like I learn nothing because I know I should have taken my time or I should have been more present but I just cant seem to access that headspace. For context I am in therapy working on confidence issues which I know is probably relevant. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
