My thyroid gland is obviously enlarged and sometimes I feel 'needling' feeling in my neck
I know i cant get a therapy since my hormones r inside of range
I may tell that tsh i had 4, while month after it got 1 (i used only selen, folic acid and some other supplements)
Also my folic acid, ferritin, b12, zinc and all blood analysis are perfect.

Hey, I have Hashimoto, but my vitamin D, folic acid, B12, ferritin, zinc and all other analysis I did are perfect. I heard being low in these is what triggers hashimoto the most. My antibodies are high but I still can't come to conclusion what is triggering it
Did they actually help you with stomach discomfort
