LF people to play Billiards

Hello male here and been playing billiards since I was highschool, dati akong tambay sa billiard place sa tapat ng Southmall and Perpetual before sila pinasara. Wouldn't say I'm good since it has been awhile since I started playing again. But I bought a billiard set recently and I'm trying to practice to get better :)

[ADV 160 vs. Dominar 400 ] Expressway-legal bike worth it for a 1x a week?

Hey everyone! Looking for some advice on buying my very first bike. For context, I only have experience riding small scooters, and I'll be using the bike for a hybrid work setup. I am 5'8 and regularly going to the gym so I may have some confidence in handling a big bike.

Here are my details and options:

  • The Route: I live in Las Piñas. My work is in BGC (16km) and sometimes in QC Eton Centris (32km). I shift at night, so traffic varies, but I am seriously considering an expressway-legal bike for the sheer convenience.
  • Frequency: I only go to the office once a week. My only other consistent travel is going to the gym, which is just 1km away from my house.
  • The Budget & Options:
    1. Honda ADV 160: I have the cash ready to buy this immediately.
    2. Kawasaki Dominar 400 (2026 model): I’d have to wait and save up for a few more months to get this brand new.
    3. 2nd Hand Dominar 400 UG: I'm seeing listings around ₱130k on FB Marketplace & Carousell, which fits my current budget.

My Questions:

  • Big Bike as First Bike: Is a 400cc bike too heavy/impractical for a beginner whose only experience is small scooters?
  • The Route vs. Expressway: For a 1x/week night commute (LP to BGC/QC), is the ADV 160 comfortable enough, or will I badly regret not having Skyway access?
  • Second Hand Dominar: Is it smarter to buy a ₱130k secondhand UG v2 now? How is the new variant better

Emerald after 1 month of TFT

https://preview.redd.it/3gpw168xqg5h1.png?width=973&format=png&auto=webp&s=4aa6bfcd1f7ffbb7a912bcedd20facf5c9e49e3a

I've never really played TFT seriously before. Every set I'd do placements, land somewhere in Bronze, then go back to Summoner's Rift. This set was the first one that really clicked for me, and after about a month I managed to reach Emerald IV.

I started off mostly one-tricking Meeple/Brawler Yi, but as I climbed and patches changed, I learned I had to become more flexible and play different comps. Looking at my graph, the climb felt pretty steady overall, but now that I'm in Emerald, games feel noticeably harder and more mentally taxing.

For the more experienced players here, what should I focus on next if I want to keep improving? Is Emerald around where fundamentals start getting tested, or are there specific skills (econ, scouting, positioning, itemization, etc.) that usually separate Emerald players from Diamond and above? Any advice would be appreciated. This is my first set actually taking TFT seriously :)
