Found this Piece in a Garden Shed in Germany. No Idea what it might be, apart from a Bajonet obviously. Found nothing with Google Lens.

Letzten Herbst mehr oder weniger versuchsweise gebastelt.
Altes Stück Hartholz aus Opas Vorrat. Bohrungen von 1 bis 10 mm. Bohrer hätten schärfer sein können, da teilweise Fransen blieben.
Aber scheinbar sollte ich für nächstes Jahr mal Nachschub bauen. Die Plätze sind heißbegehrt.
