Are there any other lyrics where he does this? It’s weirdly poetic and disconnected from the subject matter of the album or any Sematary song in general, which makes it really interesting as an outro verse, such a cool song

Could Outsider Music be considered a genre of noise?

While I don’t believe noise fits into the genre of outsider music for the simple fact that it’s just too intentional most of the time, outsider music may be considered noise, especially tracks like “The OKeh Laughing Record” where it’s just weird laughing and some sections of music. If not, I’d be interested in seeing a combination of the two genres!
