Easiest Walk-In?

My son is graduating medical school soon. It’s a huge accomplishment and I’d like to get him a Rolex to commemorate it / congratulate him with. I don’t have months towards to wait and don’t want to go grey. What’s the easiest / most realistic men’s model to get as a walk-in? I don’t have a relationship with an AD or any significant spend history.
