.....So What the fuck? Which of these doesn't count? And these are all SUCCESSFUL not failed.
I only failed 2 Passage of arms....somehow...with 95% success chance...fucking broken.

I've been playing 1.17 ie: Pre:Asia DLC junk.

I wanted to start a new game but I can't get into the game cause the models look WORSE somehow, and the colors of the game look just fucking aweful!

Is there a MOD or options/settings something I can get or change to revert the colors/art back to 1.17 style.

This bugged me in my last game playing 4.3 for the first time.

It took me a few to get a hang of 4.3 but I crushed MSI before the mid game, and I was gonna keep their Relic World for the Relics and Tech.
But the MSI Homeworld isn't really a Relic World....
Its a Relic World with no Relic World Features or Perks.

So why is it a Relic World at all? Why isn't it a Ecumenopolis with massive slave labor consumer goods factories and massive trade districts?

I turned it into a Ecum myself and made sure to place all of the MSI pops on it under brutal labor conditions, but I don't see why it shouldn't just be a Ecum to begin with. Or why the MSI shouldn't have some kinda set up with a planet and then maybe some Habs that are Thrall Hab/Centers for the pops they've cheated and kidnapped.
