Bruder Spielwaren Car Ferry
A cool piece of Bruder toy history and a good example of how simple toys used to be. It's even marked Made in West Germany, their modern toys obviously just say made in Germany.
It came with these small plastic cars that could drive up the ramps and onto the ferry, and the ferry actually floats.
Bruder is still around today, and my son loves their toys, so it’s been interesting comparing this older stuff to what they make now. The size difference is pretty crazy too. This thing is tiny compared to their modern plastic vehicles, which are still awesome toys.
