Maco can't be nerfed

I wish they would revert Maco to losing health for using his heal it was more strategic in my opinion now his q gets hella worth with no diminishing returns (disclaimer: I only meant to kill the last one not the other two )

What is with all these failed draft lobbies

Spend half the time qing loading in just for it to disconnect at the first person or last person straight 30 minutes of time gone

Question about my ram

I have
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core 12-thread Processor (3.6GHz-4.3GHz)
Smooth Graphics:RTX5060| RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200MHz | Hard Drive: NVME 1 T Solid State Drive
Power Supply: 650W 80+ Power Supply | Operating System: Wi

I want to upgrade my ram due to fps droppage when streaming I've done research and seen that was the cause but I want to be certain before I invest.

If my ram shortage is a problem isn't it as easy taking it the old and inserting the new ?

Also I bought this pc prebuilt due to the surge in pricing so spare me

Question fps related

Since this new update my fps been dropping to like 104 I've never experienced it until this update my settings are still the same as well . I ran tests and it consistently stays at 240 warframe & smite 2 I don't have any of these problems .
Has anyone or is anyone experiencing these issues
