Whats better phone to play Call of Duty and NBA 2K? i also plan to continue playing the Walking Dead game.

hi i have friend trying to sell me their personal phone (she upgraded), im hesitant cos she said it is now at 86%, she used the phone for 2 yrs already. you think it will be a good buy? im planning to install Call of Duty and NBA2k if ever

Looking for phones where I can play both NBA 2k and Call of Duty. i am able to install thoses games on my infinix note 12 but unable ti really play since the games crash after the loading screen.
