Why are the villagers of Ulwe so frustrated?

I was driving out of Sector 17, and there’s road work going on there.

A rikshaw came in front of me, he then went from the left side, which was fine, but then a passenger of the auto yelled ‘Bhenchod saala’

The rikshaw driver didn’t say anything, I didn’t, why did the frustrated passenger have to scream?

How do I know he’s a villager? Because the auto went inside the village

Like what’s wrong bro? Who hurt you? Why so frustrated?

Bought a house too early?

32M, earning 18LPA, I get about 1.2L per month in hand.

I have no intention of kids or getting married.

I come from a very rich family, but the generation earlier to me was too involved in conflict and lost everything. We even lost our houses and are staying on rent in Mumbai. (We used to live at Pali Hill, just btw)

The place where I bought a house is Navi Mumbai, it’s near the airport, and once the house gets OC, the flat rate will automatically increase by 20%

Parents are separated since childhood. I take care of a single parent. I have an elder brother who lives abroad but sends 80K a month. My parents are individually self sufficient.

I have recently bought a house worth 1.3 CR at a loan of 7.2% for 28 years (76K EMI)

I have about 10L Savings through all these years (used the rest for down payment of house, etc)

From my 1.2L - 76 goes in rent, and rest in living expenses. I save about 7K a month and keep 7-10K for myself.

Hoping to increase savings, but my long term goal is to close the home loan asap.

Thoughts?

Cafés with unhygienic staff

The below cafés/restaurants have servers who don’t use gloves, and using their hands (who knows if clean or not) to serve food.

Considering their premium prices, this is absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for, please avoid them.

  1. Coffee by Di Bella, Belapur
  2. Nothing But Chicken (Seawoods and Ulwe)

Please add to the list.
