Creaking Noise on Less - can you hear it?

When I listen to Less... admittedly a very quiet song... with my earbuds in on full blast, I hear this creaking noise in the background. It's like a squeaky rocking chair. Not all the time, just intermittently. Anyone else notice this? Go listen and let me know. Thanks.

Dirac Live on Onkyo AVR

I finally did my Dirac calibration. I noticed there are 3 "slots" on my Onkyo TX-RZ30. I live alone so I chose the very narrow main listening position.

Should I do the calibration 3 times for 3 different listening positions? Is that typically how you next utilize the 3 slots?

Lost the Puck Mic

Can somebody please help me with my psychological defect. I recently bought an Onkyo TX-RZ30 and then purchased the UMIK-1 to do the Dirac room calibration whenever I finally get around to it. I just realized that I cannot find the puck mic that came with the receiver and it's driving me absolutely insane. Did I somehow throw it out? How could it just disappear? I know this is mostly about me not being able to deal with losing anything ever, but can someone please tell me that this doesn't matter? Or that it does matter, for some reason that I cannot currently think of?

I have no idea where this thing could have gone. Also, I still have a similar one from the Pioneer Receiver that I just replaced.

Am I okay?

(Relatively speaking, obviously)

Where do I go from here?

Still kind of new. I did a slow and methodical workout yesterday. Does anything stand out here? What should my short term goals be. What about just doing this same distance but going a little faster each time?

Form Question

I will go look at form videos yet again, but there's something I'm simply not understanding. I am not really using my legs very much. All I'm doing is aggravating my sciatica and getting a very light back and biceps romp. Maybe having very long arms for someone my height is making it difficult. Maybe I'm forcing the catch quickly enough?? But I really focused this time and what I'm noticing is that I'm just rolling back without any resistance because my legs are already fully extended and straight by the time the resistance kicks in, and then it's just a matter of my torso and arms finishing the action and then repeat. Maybe I'm an idiot, but I don't get it. Drag on 5. Maybe go a little higher...? I'll go watch more videos. Seems like I'm doing what I'm seeing in the vids though. Is this it?

No idea what I'm doing

First mini workout on my new machine. Didn't want to overdo it, given my age and health history. Are these somewhat normal numbers, as in... am I going too fast or anything?

Thanks!

Upgrade old Pioneer AV Receiver???

Anyone have any thoughts on whether an upgrade to a new Onkyo TX-NR7100 would be a big enough leap to justify the purchase... I currently still have an old Pioneer VSX-1019AH-K. Sounds great. I have a 7.1 setup, but I have to use an optical cable from my new Samsung S95F because it doesn't support eARC.

Was thinking of upgrading the receiver and the subwoofer to better match all of the other equipment. Will the Onkyo be a massive upgrade or should I save up to get something better. I'm a little worried about the build quality of the Onkyo.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Recently moved this into a different room and when I run the auto calibration, right after it gets to 100% it says FAIL. I've tried pretty much everything but I can't get it to work. Any ideas?
