How to dress as a driver?

Male driver, middle aged. The temps are 105° here today and 100° most of last week. What’s a reasonable form of dress as a driver?

Does it even matter as long as your car is clean and you get to the destination safely/timely?

Is shorts and a Polo pullover alright in these temps, or is that too casual?

How do you guys dress day to day? Does how you dress impact tips, or is the condition of the car more important?

Hello,

Trying to decide which one to do first. I could do both, but I would rather one now and one next year.

Currently I have advanced auto pilot and premium connectivity. I literally use auto pilot every day going to work, from work or both FYI

Besides the average lag from the mcu1 there is nothing wrong with my display, navigation etc.

I am asking which one to do first, because searches online give conflicting answers.

I have also heard that if I do the mcu2 then that will collaterally benefit my future FSD, or improve my advanced auto pilot, etc. right now. It’s much cheaper to do FSD first though.

My appointment with Tesla is in 2 weeks, so not much time to decide. Tesla said $1000 for FSD and $2,000 for mcu2.

Lastly, I have zero plans to get rid of this car over the next 10 years unless someone hits me and totals it. Which one would you do first?

I’m curious what you guys notice when you are parked at work. Let’s say you charged to 80%, took a short ride to work or anyplace (10 to 15 min drive time) and then parked your car for 8 to 12 hours. Sentry is on. How much battery loss while parked would you expect to see when you were ready to leave for the day 8 to 12 hours later?

Hello. for some season whenever I get into my model S I get texts from people that I didn’t get on my phone prior to getting in my Tesla.

This started about 2 weeks ago, so I must have adjusted some setting. Without fail as soon as I get in my car and place my foot on the break I see and hear the notice on my dash that so and so texted me. it seems to be messages only from one of my friends. While typing this I just got a text on my phone from one of my other friends, so it’s not my phone, my phone is working

Things didn’t use to be like this, so I must have changed something. Do you have your vehicle set to display and read test on the Tesla dashes, or do you get your texts via your iPhone, etc. and just listen to them via the cars audio?
