Been wanting to put my skills to good use and try working on projects here and there to earn a bit of cash. But not sure where the demand is and where to source for such opportunities.

For existing software development freelancers, how do you get such offers? And normally how is the workflow like (eg Understand their requirements, start designing, check in with the business to see if it aligns, develop etc) and how much do you charge for these jobs? Thank you!

Been wanting to learn video editing (both editing aesthetic videos on TikTok + cinematic landscape films to romanticise life). Not quite sure what software to use, eg for colour grading videos etc, or software with nice fonts to edit with (Preferably free software/not too expensive)
