I have a hx of IBS, constipation, gastrointestinal issues like SIBO, and had abdominal CTs, and USs done and everything came back normal. I even thought that perhaps the IUD was poking the side of my uterus? Idk? Then, had an US with my OBGyn and bam a 3cm fibroid was found and had the biggest ah ha! moment because every time I felt something, I thought it was trapped gas, constipation, even at one point I thought, could it be my appendix is about to rupture?? Overall, it was bothersome, not really painful... so just happy to have clarity. Cheers

Hi! Wondering if anyone has taken the PMI-CPMAI exam and do you feel it was worth it? I have my PMP, been a PM for 8 year, but looking into AI, Strategy or sustainability-like certs to continue growing. Love being a PM by the way!

Just here to say I still love my Oura Ring 4, NO shade for the 5. I do love the bulky feel because it stands out. Hoping that with the firmware / software updates, we get the same readings and as much power out of it still. I know the 5 has improved sensors.

Might be just me but bar soaps in hotels defeat the purpose of not actually cleaning your hands? It’s just a car of unscented soap that packs a layer onto your hands when you try to wash them. Is that just me?
