Do you have any recommendations for reputable builders/modders based in the EU/Germany preferably?

I‘m still pretty new to the Franken world, and I have a question that I want to ask for your advice on :)
I want to build a high-end Datejust 36 126234 Franken (not build myself, I‘ll need to commission it with a builder).
„High end“ meaning Gen dial, bezel, date wheel, crown and hands at least.
My question is, I already have a Clean DJ36, bought literally weeks before they shut down like a year ago.
Is it possible / would it make sense to use it as a base? Do builders do that?
Also, would you recommend me to go with a Gen crystal as well? I‘m not sure whether it‘d make a difference.
In case it‘s relevant, I‘m in the EU/Germany.

Ich hoffe jemand kann mir helfen oder hat einen schlauen Tipp für mich.
Ich habe ein (für mich) ganz gut laufendes Nebengewerbe, Digitalmarketing, ca. Mitte-5-stelliger Umsatz.
Ich habe das Gesschäftskonto (sowie ein Unterkonto für USt.) aktuell bei Qonto, möchte aber aufgrund all der negativen Erfahrungsberichte in letzter Zeit von Qonto/Neobanken weg und zu einer traditionellen Hausbank, wie die Sparkasse, Commerzbank, meinetwegen auch DKB o.ä. (keine Filialen benötigt).
Problem: Meine Schufa/Bonität in general ist aufgrund finanzieller Misstritte in der Jugend absolut am Boden. Also wirklich am Boden. (Bonify-App mal gescheckt, Score bei 1,9%, das habe ich nichtmal hier gesehen bisher) (ja, I know… ich arbeite dran.)
Ist euch irgendeine Möglichkeit bekannt, unter diesen Umständen doch zu einer sicheren Alternative als Qonto zu wechseln? Ich habe natürlich alle möglichen Geschäftskonto-Eröffnungen bereits probiert, wie zu erwarten überall Ablehnungen.
(Dafür Kapitalgesellschaft gründen ist nicht geplant, soll ein Einzelunternehmen bleiben.)
