Feeling really dumb. I’ve tried everything i can think of. Longer screw, bending the hinge. Usually between those 2 i can get the door to shut correctly. Any other advice?

Not the same battery but i’ve got 2 with messed up prongs that aren’t under warranty anymore. Anyone know if i can replace the part that slides in to an m12 tool to get these batteries working normally again?
