Is Something Worth Knowing something worth going to?

I'm trying to decide if I want to attend Something Worth Knowing but I just haven't seen enough to really understand what the event is supposed to be. It lists a bunch of YouTubers who I like, and I'd love to support Complexly being a nonprofit, but I don't really get what they're trying to do. It's 14 people and only a two hour show so none of the "inspiring talks" will be very long, especially if there is also supposed to be "interactive discussions" as well, at least one game, and a live AHA. Or is the interactive discussion only for those who can afford the VIP ticket and choose to submit an AHA question?

I know that no one really knows what this is supposed to be, but I'm really curious to hear what others are expecting to get out of this event. If you decided to go, why? If you have the ability to go and decided not to, why not? Does anyone think we will get more info about what this is supposed to be as the event gets closer?

Doctor Who Censored

Found this on YouTube today. Not my OC but it was so funny I had to share it with other people.

Weird 4x3 mechanic

In 4x3 if you guess the hub word first on every guess you get a bonus. If you guess it in the middle everytime, you get a bonus. If you guess it last everytime? No points. In fact, negative points for you.

This doesn't make sense to me and honestly seems just a little mean spirited? I replayed the game to get these screenshots by clearing my cookies, but I didn't get a rules pop-up explaining the game like when you go to the Smush page. So I couldn't verify there was some written rule saying not to do this - so it feels like the game is calling you a cheater?

Not trying to complain or get Hank to change the game or anything, I'm just genuinely baffled by the choice and seeing if it makes sense to other people. Wouldn't choosing the hub word first every time be more indicative of knowing what the word was ahead of time?

Who the eff is that?

This video is a gem and used to have a nice little thumbnail but today YT brought it back into my feed with this aibomination of a thumbnail. It's one of my favorite Hank Green music things and I know it's not on his channel but... my god is it horrible. I would assume the song was ai slop based on this, tbh (It's not though, it's actually a really fun video!).

I was so grossed out I had to share it so others can join me in lamenting over even old classics being unsafe from ai nonesense.

Everyday Youtube gets a little bit more enshitified. As if the comments popping up over the subtitles weren't annoying enough they recently updated it so the entire top corner is taken up by an add trying to get you to buy shit. It is honestly starting to become unwatchable.
