[Casual] Instead of summoning Agito here-
Sukuna goes all in Ten Shadows here, and decides to do his best and use the other Shikigami in tandem to try and kill Gojo / hold him off until Mahoraga performs the WCS.
How does the fight change?
[Serious] Maki and Yuji did NOT fight against a Sukuna with 16F stats.
I've seen many people looking at this slide (Image 1) from Lightning's translations and come to the conclusion that Sukuna's reinforcement was still 16F Level.
Obviously Lightning isn't wrong here and in the original japanese (Image 2)---
"術式への呪力出力を落とす" does mean "Cursed Energy Output towards the technique.
However stripping this statement of all context and using this one single line to claim that Sukuna had 16F level reinforcement is just wrong.
This is the only statement where "Cursed Technique Output is mentioned", and that is because this is a specific moment where Sukuna uses his technique to destroy the floor beneath them.
This line simply serves to tell us, that because Megumi's suppressing his CT output greatly everytime he tries to use his CT in a lethal manner on Maki/Yuji, Sukuna instead switched to using his Cursed technique to affect the environment to his own benefit.
I don't think Gege's intention, with this statement was to establish that Sukuna's reinforcement is completely fine.
Especially when there are Two prior statements(Image 3 and 4) that tell us that Sukuna's CURSED ENERGY OUTPUT (not just technique output) is being suppressed.
If Gege really just wanted Sukuna's technique output to be suppressed, he would've just used "Cursed Technique Output" or "Cursed Energy Output towards his technique" every time he mentioned the nerf.
Even in the original Japanese (Images 5 and 6) ,there is no mention of Cursed technique and only Cursed Energy.
• First Statement--->
"俺の呪力出力が落ちているのか" simply translates to "My cursed energy output is falling."
• Second Statement--->
"ムラはあるが
呪力出力は酷いと一割以下までいくな
(じゅりょくしゅつりょく/いちわり/ひど)
肉体の動きの方は
(にくたい/うご/ほう)
そこまでではないが… "
means
"There is unevenness — but the cursed energy output dropping below ten percent is harsh. As for the body's movements going that far... it's not like it goes
that far..."
As you can see, there is no mention of Cursed Technique.
Now here I would like to address another point people use to claim Sukuna's physicality was top notch, which is the second part of the second statement.
"As for the body's movements going that far... it's not like it goes that far..."
with the original japanese being->
"肉体の動きの方はそこまでではないが…"
The important thing to note here is the exact nuance of the term--
肉体の動き
This term literally means ""the movement of the flesh/body."
It bears no connection to Cursed Energy or Cursed Energy reinforcement of even general physical ability.
肉体 only means "movement", if does not mean Sukuna's general physical ability/athleticism in that moment.
身体能力 would be used if Gege wanted to make it Sukuna's physical ability but it is not.
What this line tells us, is simply that Megumi doesn't have much of an influence over the body's physical movements and cannot stop Sukuna from moving the body however he pleases, like he can suppress his CE.
This is further confirmed by the fact that Sukuna is testing this by flexing his fingers.(Image-4)
Sukuna isn't testing his CE reinforcement by flexing his fingers, that much should be obvious.
He's simply testing whether or not Megumi can stop him from making movements with his body, which as written in the statement Megumi cannot (atleast not significantly like he can when it comes to CE).
Finally the idea of Maki being on par with an 16F Meguna in terms of stats, itself is contradicted by the story itself.
Be it Sukuna blitzing and oneshotting Ryu, or Maki and co's performance against a weaker and injured Sukuna.
TLDR-->
It was infact Sukuna's Cursed Energy Output and not just Cursed Technique Output that was nerfed because of the two previous statements. (Image 3,4).
That one particular statement was made in a specific context when Sukuna used his technique.
Maki's performance against a weaker version of Sukuna also confirms that she is not on par with 16F Sukuna.

GojoKuna VS DaburaKuna
Sukuna in Gojo's body VS Sukuna in Dabura's body
Who wins?
Round 1) Only CE Reinforcement and No Techniques.
Round 2) No Domains
Round 3) Everything is allowed.
Both Sukuna have had time to train and are perfectly accustomed to using Gojo and Dabura's techniques .
If Sukuna chooses to incarnate, he keeps the attributes and techniques of his vessel (eg Six Eyes, Limitless , Light).
Gojokuna vs Daburakuna
Sukuna in Gojo's body VS Sukuna in Dabura's body

CE Reinforcement is no longer a thing.
Sorcerers can no longer use Cursed Energy to enhance their physical bodies or increase their durability.
How do the match ups and Character Rankings Change?
Can The Six Eyes be mass produced?
Gouge out Gojo's eyes--->Gojo performs RCT and heals back his eyes again--->Now we have 2 pairs of Six Eyes.
This process can be repeated until we obtain the desired number of pairs.
The gouged out pairs can be preserved as cursed objects (like the Death Painting Wombs).
They can later be transplanted into sorcerers, or may even be used in the far future to make perpetual cursed energy powered robots/machines.
They can also be used for research to figure out exactly what makes them special, and helps them reduce CE costs to nearly zero.
The Higher Ups and their traditional approach really held the Jujutsu Society back.
[Serious] If Gojo/Sukuna/Yuji was given "Light" as their CT instead of their own Innate Technique-
Could they replicate this feat?
Raising their bodies durability to the maximum (with CE reinforcement since that's what Dabura seems to be using here) and withstand going Sub-Light speed?
Give some reasoning for your take as well.
Gojo VS Dabura
NO CT
Only CE reinforcement.
Round 1- NO RCT
Round 2- RCT is allowed.
Who wins and what diff?
NO CT
Only CE reinforcement.
Round 1- NO RCT
Round 2- RCT is allowed.
Who wins and what diff?
THE FIRST DASH--->
Dabura 'awakens' and gets a new mentality, and decides to use SLS dash in this particular page.
This is also evident from the fact that he's raised his body's durability to the maximum( as he later informs us---image-2), as the sword that was able to draw blood earlier has now shattered upon impact, which shows that Dabura's durability has been raised past it's previous level and pushed to maximum.
However between this page and Dabura going Sub-Light there are like 6-7 panels, and Dabura also takes a whole runner-esque pose before going SLS.
THE SECOND DASH--->
Dabura dashes past Mahoraga at Sub-Light speed but also grazes him which leads to Maho losing an arm. (Image-3)
Obviously the time Dabura took to travel whatever distance he travelled during his dash is negligible because of his insane speed.
Point to be noted is that between Dabura's first and second slashes, Mahoraga is able to regenerate an arm, and more importantly get a full wheel-spin, thus partially adapting to SLS level Brute force. (Image-4)
This means that between the first and second dashes, Mahoraga had enough time to somewhat analyse that level of Brute force and gain some immunity to it, which then saved him from being oneshotted.
We know that Mahoraga's adaptation is time-based and he adapts to anything gradually and over a period of time.
So--
Does Dabura's SLS dash have a charge-up time before Dabura starts going Sub-lightspeed?
Giving him Limitless and Six Eyes isn't allowed.
All it implies is that Light and Killing Intent is tougher to adapt to than Shrine and it takes Mahoraga longer to fully adapt to it.
This is due to Light and Killing Intent being inherently more complex than something basic like a slashing attacks. (Especially since it's a phenomenon made out of not 1 but 2 different aspects).
Associating Mahoraga's ability to adapt with the AP of an attack doesn't make sense, because Mahoraga was able to adapt to SLS level Brute force much quicker than Dabura's Light, does this mean Dabura's SLS attacks have less AP then his Light attacks?
As the beam seems to be much bigger than Mahoraga.
