Can someone explain these to me? My friend told me to do this after he did it but I don’t really understand what any of it means lmfao. And why is it so German when I’m very English?

Sorry about the censor ijbol I don’t have any pics in natural lighting so I had to go take these 🤦♀️ the first two are infront of a window, the third is directly in light, the 4th is just outside. And the last is in my bathroom.
Heyy I’ve decided I wanted to start working on my voice, weather that be training or surgery. I was wondering how my voice reads naturally day to day. I never really thought I had a manly voice until I got clocked for literally the first time yesterday I was like whewww
I definitely think 23&me is more accurate. It literally marked right where my great grandfather was born in Sicily. And much of the rest aligns perfectly with my family tree. I am a bit confused about the difference in Scottish and I am aware of a good amount of Scottish people in my tree, and I also got 16% Scottish on my heritage, I wouldn’t be surprised if 23&me was right because of how many English people I found. Polish great grandfather. The rest is pen dutch I guess. I’m from Florida. Kinda sad I lost all my Dutch but I agree with it 💔. Before reasrching my tree and taking the tests I thought I was just German, Scottish, and Italian loll. I’m not really any of those things it turns out. Definitely the most shocking (and skeptical) result here is the Portuguese and the amount of English.
Here’s what I know, my grandmother is half Sicilian. Her father’s side is from Santa Stefano. Her mother is Pennsylvania Dutch. My grandfather is midwestern from Indiana but his mother’s family is from North Carolina. I was conceived with a sperm donor but I found the guys Facebook and stalked his mom so I have their full family tree (ijbollll) and his mom is half polish half Pennsylvania Dutch kinda I guess and his dad is English and Prussian. I guess the only thing surprising here to me would be how little Scottish I am. Also I was never told I was English at all so I’m surprised even though I shouldn’t be. Before doing any geneology I was told I’m mostly German with some Sicilian and Scottish. Turns out I’m not much of any of that! And that 1.5% portugese is cunttt
