Parramatta Westfield has to be the worst designed shopping center in Sydney.

  • Coles and Woolworths are both on opposite ends of the top floor. Have to carry the heaviest goods the longest distance

  • One of the elevators is always broken.

  • Many of the escalators break down regularly forcing you to walk around the long way. People are always blocking both sides of the escalators so you have to wait the whole distance

  • One of the carpark levels are in between two other levels and can only be entered through a stairwell that is hidden in a corner

  • Theres nowhere to simply sit and eat except at the food courts

What nasal lavage technique do I use to *prevent* water from getting stuck in the eustachian tubes near the ears?

After seeing my GP today, he recommended using sinus rinsing to remove pollutants which are causing frequent sinusitus. I told him I use a Neilmed squeeze bottle, however I am hesitant to use it because it always causes water to get stuck in the tubes near my ear. It starts becoming itchy and never drains out. When I told this to him he seemed to have no ideas on what to do.

What technique do you use when performing nasal lavage? I have been using low pressure to squeeze the water out, tilting head forward + to the side and saying 'khaaa'. I also don't blow my nose after using the rinse. Still water feels like its stuck inside.

I have tried draining the fluid using head movements, chewing etc, it has not drained.

How do I stop being recommended certain Youtube *posts* on the front page on mobile browser?

I keep getting shown obnoxious community posts from a certain youtube channel I dislike. It is possible to click the three dots next to the post on PC browser, and say 'not interested'. However on mobile, the three dots only give the option to report them (which does not actually hide the post). The posts don't appear on PC, only the phone. So I can't click 'not interested' through the PC. The youtube algorithm keeps showing it at the top of the page now, because I've kept visiting the channel trying to figure out a way to get rid of it. As far as I can see, clearing out the algorithm history on my account's google history page has done nothing. How can this be fixed?

Trying to brew cider for the first time here, may I ask some questions and get some advice from more experienced people here?

I bought a simple plastic airlock with a rubber gasket, some general purpose yeast (for bread, not designed for brewing), and this juice from the supermarket: https://www.coles.com.au/product/coles-apple-juice-2l-2531530

  1. How much of an air gap do I leave below the lid?

  2. Do I just drill a hole through the bottlecap and put the gasket and airlock in without sterilising?

  3. Temperatures are ranging from 15 to 20C here in Australia right now. Is this too cold? How long do I ferment it for?

  4. Do I pour out some of the juice then stir the yeast to dissolve?

  5. Is it true that if I reuse the yeast in this batch in future batches, it will slowly get better at fermenting apple juice?

When applying for government roles, is it better to disclose this stuff or just leave it out? On one hand, I know on paper there are diversity/disability hiring policies and accommodations. In practice, the job market is extremely competitive and it doesn't seem like a wise idea to give employers any excuse to not choose you. Also in reality, although there are laws against discrimination in hiring, this is nearly impossible to prosecute because employers can give any excuse as to why they did not hire you. What is your personal experience with this? If you work in a specific sector, are there disability recruiting programs? Edit: also include what organisation you work for
