I'm 18 and I just envy all of my friends so much. Almost all of them are in relationships and have had their first kiss. I only have one friend who hasn't been in a relationship yet but it's just because she doesn't want to. I just really want to experience that. I want someone to finally love me. I want to love someone too. I want to have my first kiss and have a normal relationship like every other person my age. I've heard that most teens supposedly have this problem but it's simply not true. In my class there's not one person that I didn't hear talk about having a new boyfriend/girlfriend or talking about relationships. I know a few queer people irl. They're not really close friends but I know them enough to know they have had experiences too. Same with my two online friends. Both of them had some experience while I literally had nothing. It's not like I think about this every day or anything, just sometimes when they mention doing something with their partners I feel envious because I don't have anyone. And I feel like I'll never find anyone.

Like the title says. I just don't understand why she does it so much. I feel like she mentions that every day and it's weird. Sometimes it seems out of context too. I feel like she especially started mentioning that after I came out. I just don't get why she has to point that out so often. Everyone knows she is straight, we don't need a reminder once a day.
