I love as close to vanilla, so far I've been enjoying "A Phoenix Flavour", "Winds Of The North" & "Legends Of The Frost".
I especially love Adamant, blade and blunt and any of the mods from Simonmagus. Looking for as close to vanilla as possible but with a bit more "flavour" no new lands etc maybe just FSMP any recommendations that fits this?

Trying to add some basic additional weapon mods :
Viking War Axe
Flanged Mace
Stuhn's Hammer
The flanged mace and viking war axe mods are in game however Stuhn's hammer isn't in game, no crafting option, not at world location and can't be found in the console commands.
I tested it outside of LOTF and it was there, is there anything in the mod list that stops this? I've downloaded no other mods.

I'm looking for some advice as my GP visits haven't helped.
From 15 I've had constant heartburn and indigestion, in my 20's I've gotten IBS and cramping and as of 30 I began coughing whenever I eat which has now progressed in to vomiting.
I made the mistake of googling, some fit the bill such as GERDS and some others just scared me like cancer. I phoned my GP and got bloods and stools done but it has all came back normal.
I'm wondering if this is highlighting anything in particular that I should be taking to my doctors for my next appointment?

By delivering letters and parcels under varying constraints, players train Agility through sustained movement, route planning, and stamina management rather than repetitive rooftop loops.
Start at a Post Office
Speak to Postie Pete at major hubs (Varrock, Falador, Ardougne, Al Kharid, Kourend, Varlamore).
Choose a delivery tier (Easy → Elite).
A batch of letters/parcels with fixed destinations.
Players must run the route manually — teleporting, spirit trees, fairy rings are disabled while on a job.
Gain small Agility XP ticks while running toward your destination.
Delivering each parcel gives a chunk of XP and a GP tip.
Finishing all deliveries grants:
Bonus XP (scaled by difficulty)
GP (scaled by difficulty)
