A guy on grindr just admitted to me he's in a relationship and cheating. What do I do?

A 39 year old guy on grindr just messaged me, and after the initial usual grindr conversation starters, he was asking about my living situation in the case of us hooking up. He said he lives with a female partner. I of course said, "oh, so yall have an open relationship?" And he replies with, "Not. She catches me here, that would be it for us. lol". I was able to get him to send me a face pic, which I have a picture of by using another phone (grindr blocks screenshots of images) as well as screenshots of all our chats thus far.

My question is what should I do now? I feel horrible for this woman who's being cheated on by a partner she lives with, but is it my business to get involved? How would I even go about finding her and informing her? Should I even do that, or should I stay out of it? Should I try to get more information from him to find a way to contact his partner? Is there a subreddit to inform people of cheaters I could post in and just hope she sees it? I absolute detest cheaters, and I would want someone to let me know if my boyfriend was cheating on me. What do I do?

I feel like dating is impossible as a wheelchair user

I [24 AMAB NB] feel like the only men I've been able to match with are people with a fetish for wheelchair users or bad men who enjoy a power imbalance. I'd love to go out and meet people in person instead of using the apps, but chronic pain keeps me stuck in bed most of the time, and even without that, I cant afford to get hand controls to drive myself anywhere/use uber often. It feels like I'm just doomed to be alone because of my stupid legs that dont work.

How to manage weight/belly fat as a paraplegic wheelchair user?

I [24 AMAB NB] am a paraplegic wheelchair user. Since becoming disabled, Ive gained weight/fat mass, which I am sure is due to very little physical activity. I'm stuck laying in bed most of the day due to chronic pain that gets worse when I'm sitting up and active. I do my best to do some exercise when I can on better pain days, and I've been doing my best to eat healthy meals with less calories since I rarely move enough to burn any calories. While part of my want to get rid my belly fat is for personal image, the biggest reason is that I find myself often struggling with my belly fat getting in the way when I need to bend forward. I'm not morbidly obese or anything (5'6.5" 152lbs last I checked but realistically would be a bit higher without the muscle atrophy in the legs), but its certainly frustrating that I'm already limited in my ability to move and my stomach fat is making that worse. Any advice?
